Who can participate?
Voices Unbound is designed for youth ages 14–16 who are ready to discover their voice, explore their creativity, and grow in confidence. Whether you're an experienced performer or trying something new for the first time, Voices Unbound welcomes young people who are excited to learn, create, and connect in a supportive environment.
Healing through the arts.
At Voices Unbound, we believe creativity can be a powerful path to healing. Our trauma-informed performing arts programs give young people in the Triad, especially those impacted by behavioral challenges and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), a safe space to express themselves, grow, and thrive. Through afterschool sessions, summer camps, and mentorship, we help youth channel their energy into music, movement, and storytelling that builds confidence, emotional resilience, and lasting community. This is more than just performance; it's a movement to empower the next generation to rise above their circumstances and lead with purpose.
YOUR VOICE.your stage.your power.
Voices Unbound is a space where teens can be real, be heard, and be creative. Whether through rap, dance, writing, acting, or trying something new, they have opportunities to express themselves, build confidence, navigate life’s challenges, and turn their stories into something powerful.
Now, we want to hear from you! Help us shape Voices Unbound by sharing what you believe teens would benefit from in a performing arts workshop. Your feedback will guide the future of the program.
